BOLD ORANGE SELECTED AS 2023 FAST 50 HONOREE BY MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL BUSINESS JOURNAL.
Minneapolis, MN, October 27, 2023 – Bold Orange Company announced today they have been named the second fastest growing company by Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal. The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal Fast 50 awards recognize 50 privately held companies based in the Twin Cities with the fastest revenue growth between 2020 and 2022.
When asked about the recognition, Bold Orange’s Founder & CEO, Margaret Murphy said, “In just a few years, we’ve disrupted the landscape for agencies and led by example. This is the second year in a row Bold Orange has secured the #2 spot on the list. The announcement comes on the heels of Bold Orange’s latest award as Adweek’s #1 Fastest Growing Agency in the Midwest. The company was #26 overall on the national list.
Honorees are featured in the Business Journal’s annual Fast 50 publication Oct. 27, where their rankings on the list and growth rates are revealed. Honorees were also celebrated at a private awards event Oct. 26 at U.S. Bank Stadium, during which each companies’ profile was published online as the countdown from No. 50 to No. 1 progressed.
To be eligible for the Fast 50, companies must be independently owned, privately held, for-profit businesses headquartered in the Twin Cities 24-county metro area. They also must have year-over-year revenue growth for each of the three most recently completed fiscal years and at least $1 million in revenue for the base year of the project (2020).
Participating companies also had to submit financial statements to our accounting partner for this year’s project, EisnerAmper, which was tasked with analyzing those documents to ensure eligibility and verify revenue numbers.
