Minneapolis, MN, September 11, 2024 – The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal today announced its honorees for the 2024 CFO of the Year Awards, their annual recognition of outstanding financial executives in the Twin Cities. Bold Orange’s Amy Hillman was among the 2024 honorees. The official announcement can be seen on the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal website.
When asked about the recognition, Bold Orange Founder & CEO Margaret Murphy said, “This honor goes to CFOs who make significant contributions to their companies. Amy’s contributions and impact, both to the company and our culture, are incredible. Her raw skill, strategic guidance, strong governance, leadership, and laughter have enabled Bold Orange to be a client-driven, growth-oriented company. I’m grateful every day to work alongside and learn from Amy.”
The CFO of the Year Awards debuted in 2007 to honor outstanding financial leaders at Twin Cities companies, both large and small. Chief financial officers are a crucial part of a company’s leadership team, but their role in company success is often overlooked outside their own offices.
Nominees were evaluated by a judging panel consisting of other financial executives and specialists, who scored them on their contributions to their companies and the broader community.
Honorees will be recognized at an event and in a publication this November. See the full list of honorees below:
