New Space Supports Collaboration and Enables Growth

MINNEAPOLIS – (April 9, 2018) – Bold Orange, a human connections company that works to modernize loyalty, customer relationship management (CRM) and digital experiences for brands, announced it is moving to Washington Square this week.

“In just three short months, we outgrew our original office,” said Margaret Murphy, who launched Bold Orange in January and is chief executive officer. “Our positioning in the marketplace as the leaders in modernizing loyalty and one-to-one marketing is resonating well with brands, and we’re excited about our future. We were fortunate to find a great space in Washington Square that allows us to serve and collaborate with our clients and to plan for more future growth.”

Bold Orange signed a lease to occupy 5000 square feet of space in the 100 Washington Square Building, also home to Code42 and JAMF Software.

To design its new space, Bold Orange worked with AWH Architects, known for their award-winning work on the Hewing Hotel. Crawford Merz implemented the vision as contractors while Colliers International assisted with real estate services.

Adjacent to both downtown Minneapolis and the North Loop, 100 Washington Square is well positioned in terms of business activity. Designed by world-renowned architect Minoru Yamasaki, 100 Washington Square features an outside patio, Zen garden, bocce ball court, and free fitness center for employees. Heralded for its sustainability efforts, the building has an EPA ENERGY STAR score of 97, a Walkability Score of 95, and is connected to the extensive Minneapolis Skyway System.
