Company Scales to Support Bold Mission of Creating Both Business and Societal Progress

MINNEAPOLIS – (Sept. 4, 2018) – Continuing its steady growth, Bold Orange, a human connections company that works to modernize loyalty, customer relationship management (CRM) and digital experiences for brands, today announces the addition of five new team members who will help drive the company’s bold mission of creating both business and societal progress.

Since launching eight months ago, the company has experienced strong growth as brands call on Bold Orange for its fresh perspective on modern loyalty and CRM.

With a variety of skill sets and backgrounds, these team members are already contributing to Bold Orange clients and the company’s mission-based arm, Great Lakes Scrip Center, that provides the community fundraising platform ShopWithScrip.com. The company welcomes Nicole Rich, Tess Fellman, Seth DeHaan, Allie Rangel, and Lisa Sundin.

As vice president, client services, Rich brings deep business-to-consumer and business-to-business marketing experience plus strong strategy and analytical skills to key client accounts including Art Van Furniture, Great River Energy, and SPS Commerce. Most recently, Rich served as vice president member engagement at NovuHealth. Rich is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas.

Tess Fellman brings a strong strategic mind and social, brand and digital experience to Bold Orange as account supervisor; she will support various clients in addition to partner marketing efforts at ShopWithScrip. Fellman’s background includes experience at Nina Hale, Periscope and ICF Olson. Fellman is also a University of St. Thomas alumna, graduating magna cum laude.

As developer, Seth DeHaan, supports HTML, email, and coding needs for ShopWithScrip as well as clients such as Art Van Furniture and Old Dominion Electric. The Grand Valley State University graduate joins the Bold Orange team in Minnesota from the ShowWithScrip business in Grand Rapids, Mich.

Allie Rangel brings her experience at Cole McVoy, Curb Crowser and ICF Olson to her new role as associate creative director.  A graduate of Boston College, Rangel works across a number of Bold Orange clients on all creative needs.

Lisa Sundin is returning to Minneapolis to join Bold Orange as a senior designer following nearly two years at Publicis Seattle. The Iowa State University graduate and talented designer brings experience in a variety of areas including digital and print media and will be supporting all clients.
